Common questions
Is the ink safe on food packaging?
Stamp the outside of cartons, boxes and bags only. The inks are art-grade paint and not certified for direct food contact, so check the packaging supplier’s guidance before use.
Will the band survive an outdoor market day?
Yes for normal handling, it dries fast and stays put on porous surfaces. It is decor-grade ink though, so prolonged rain on unsealed surfaces will wear it.
Can I stamp jam jar lids?
Metal lids take the band with an alcohol or oil ink. Test one lid first and let it dry fully before stacking.
Farm name and town, no logo?
Type the text when ordering and we engrave it, no artwork file needed. A free proof comes before anything is engraved.
