Production lead time

Custom rollers and engraved rolls are typically produced within 5 business days of proof approval. We send a free proof before production begins. Production time starts when you approve it. Delivery time is additional.

In-stock items such as markers and refills ship without the production wait.

Delivery windows

Estonia: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

European Union: 3-17 business days after dispatch, depending on the country.

United Kingdom: 5-9 business days after dispatch.

United States & Canada: 7-20 business days after dispatch.

Rest of world: 6-34 business days after dispatch, depending on the country.

Customs, VAT & duties

Web Window OÜ is not VAT registered. Your final item price, shipping and any applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment. Import duties or carrier fees may be payable on arrival and are not included unless checkout explicitly lists them.

For orders to the United States, we pay the US import duty, so nothing is collected on delivery.
